1. Introduction

Welcome to SpiritExec Path. These terms of service govern the use of spiritual growth programs, digital products, and physical items offered at spiritexpath.online.

2. Services

We offer one-on-one spiritual coaching sessions, executive retreats, and guided workshops designed to foster inner development for leaders. Fees for services are due upon scheduling. To cancel or reschedule a session, you must notify us at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the session date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are not eligible for a refund; however, you may receive a session credit to reschedule within 60 days if you notify us at least 3 days before the original date.

Group retreats require a non-refundable deposit due to venue arrangements. Deposits may be applied toward a future retreat within 6 months of the original date.

3. Info Products

Our digital offerings include spiritual courses, guided meditation tracks, and e-books. Access to these products is granted immediately after purchase. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not consumed more than 20% of the content. After 14 days or once 20% of the content has been accessed, refunds are not available due to the nature of digital delivery. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

4. Goods

We provide physical items such as meditation crystals and branded journals. Orders are shipped within 5 business days. If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or a refund of the product price. For unopened merchandise, you may send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Instructions for shipment will be provided upon approval of your request.

5. Refund Policy

To request a refund, please contact us with your order number and original purchase details. All approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days. SpiritExec Path reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with these terms.
